Jan Ellen has been working as a professional artist since she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Art from UW Steven’s Point - WI, in 1972. She has an extensive list of collectors, both private and commercial. Some of her more note-worthy corporate commissions include Ameritech, NFL Alumni, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, and Sears.
She was nominated as an “Angle of the Arts” for Best Visual Artist in 2006, by Alliance for the Arts – Fort Myers.
Located permanently in Cape Coral, Florida, she has been privileged to work across the United States, Austria, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, and Norway. Jan Ellen also is an instructor at Biolchini Studio – N. Fort Myers and conducts workshops at numerous art associations in SW Florida and around the country.
